To help you make your next celebration flow smoothly, we have collected a few of our favourite easy to prepare Prosecco cocktail recipes. These will be a fantastic way to impress your guests with your elegant style and skill. limoncello Prosecco with Blueberries and Thyme Ingredients: 750 ml Prosecco 1 cup limoncello, chilled Ice Garnish blueberries, thyme and lemon slices. Instructions: Add the limoncello and prosecco liquor to a pitcher and stir. Place a handful of blueberries in a glass, top with ice and fill with the limoncello prosecco. Garnish with thyme and lemon slices. This beautiful cocktail is a glass of Amalfi summer in your hand, just the right amount of sparkling lemony goodness, plus blueberries and thyme. Prosecco Mimosa Ingredients: 1 bottle chilled, dry prosecco 2 cups cold, freshly squeezed orange juice or no-pulp bottled juice Optional: 1/2 cup orange-flavored liqueur or vodka Optional: 1/2 cup fresh, whole blueberries, raspberries or diced strawberries Instructions: Fill the champagne flutes two-thirds of the way with the dry prosecco. Using a measuring cup with a spout or lip, pour just enough orange juice into the Prosecco that the colour turns a light yellow that is just a touch opaque. The drink should not be the colour of orange juice or translucent. If adding additional alcohol, add 1 to 1 1/2 ounces of high-quality smooth vodka or orange-flavored liqueur to the mimosas and quickly stir to combine. If adding berries, drop a few whole blueberries, raspberries or diced strawberries into the mixed drink and allow them to sink to the bottom of the champagne flutes where they can soak up the alcohol. Serve chilled. This is a perfect go-to drink for brunch. Prosecco and Pomegranate Cocktail Ingredients: Chilled Prosecco 14 tablespoons pomegranate juice For the Sugared Glass Rims: 2 tablespoons sugar 1 Lime wedge For the Garnish: Fresh pomegranate seeds Instructions: Pour the sugar into a wide-mouthed bowl. Rub the lime wedge around the rim of the cocktail glass and then dip it into the sugar. Fill the glass with pomegranate juice and add Prosecco. Then garnish with a few fresh pomegranate seeds. Serves four. This cocktail is joyful, sharp, and bubbly. Blackberry Prosecco Delight Ingredients: ⅓ cup of fresh blackberries (Set aside a few for garnish.) ⅓ cup of water ⅓ cup of sugar Instructions: In a saucepan, simmer the above ingredients to make a basic blackberry syrup. Let the mixture cool for about 15 minutes. Then, strain the blackberries, and place 2 tablespoons of syrup into each cocktail glass. Top with chilled Prosecco and garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme and a few additional fresh blackberries. Serves four. This drink is tasty and appealing. Rhapsody in Raspberry Cocktail Ingredients: 6 fresh raspberries (save 2 for the garnish) 4 fresh mint leaves 4 dashes bitters ¼ ounce simple syrup Chilled Prosecco Instructions: Take the raspberries, mint leaves, bitters, and simple syrup and muddle together until all the ingredients are fully incorporated. Place the mixture into a cocktail glass and fill with chilled Prosecco. Garnish with a couple of raspberries and a fresh mint leaf. Serves one.
